Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 24-01, 24-02 Notice is hereby given that on January 18, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 24-01 and 24-02. Ordinance 24-01 recodifies Brigham City municipal ordinances to reclassify with new titles, chapters, sections. Ordinance 24-02 amends Chapter 29.02, 29.05, and 29.12 to define and clarify setback regulations for private garages and accessory buildings. Ordinances shall take effect upon posting and publication on January 19, 2024. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
