- March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Ballots go out in the mail February 13th to active Democratic Voters Drop Boxes are available at the County Building and the 3 City offices during their normal business hours. The Drive-Thru Drop Box on the north side of the County Library is open 24/7 until 8 pm on Election Day. All are under video surveillance. Early Vote will be held in the Clerk-Auditor's Office during business hours, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday- Friday, Tuesday February 20th thru Friday March 1st.
