- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding the name change of a Summit County road located within the Coalville City limits. The Applicant, Brandon Brady is requesting that the name of a portion of Industrial Park Road be changed to Chalk Creek Road. The public hearing will be held: The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, February 21, 2024 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N.
