PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL - SPECIAL EXCEPTION 1114 W ELK ROAD, COALVILLE, UT 84017 PARCEL NS-23-162 Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a Special Exception to Section 11.8.1.C, Appendix B, Section 3 of the Code. The Applicant is requesting to grade their driveway in Tollgate Canyon up to 18% slope. The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, February 21, 2024 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N.
