Vote to Approve December's Meeting (1/6/24) Minutes
Old Business Action Items: from 12/02/23 & 1/6/24
1. Report on Accomplishments made in December- Jan
Shawn & Greg, and Tony provide performance details of our pump breakers, defective pump issues and SCADA readings . Any conversations with Sam from T4 Industry?
Shawn- Report on how well the heating in our chlorinator room is holding up.
2. Karen - Recap the input that Janelle at RWAU provided with regards to the benefits of adding the last project of our 5 yr plan, Radium filtration of our well water, to our original 2024 RFP as an Addendum.
3. Jean- Provide details of the Kraushaar's triplex meter hook up progress.
4. Jean- Provide status on our Service Line Inventory (Copper and Lead) surveys submitted on 11/17/23.
5. Tony- Report on December's Water Production- Place graphs on our website!
6. Tony- Report on AI Emergency Text Services- cost comparisons for single messages-how much notice do they need before the text is posted?
7. Greg- Report on Dec. Solar Panels Output
8. Kent to present our financials from December:
a. P&L STD Financial ( December 1- December 31).
b. P& L STD YTD at a Glance (December 1- December 31)
c. Provide Invoice Register to Karen for Approval
d. Reveal any gaps in training needed for Treasurer duties in Pelorus and your preparation for State audits coming up.
9. Jean- Review the A/R Aging
10. Jean- Report on the progress of obtaining revised address govt. documents
New Business Items:
1. Shawn and Marty: Discuss plans to get meters at Zion Vineyard in compliance with building requirements.
Shawn: Present list of targeted meters for Raising and Replacement in 2024 (include Kump-meter 29 @190 Shinarump)
