Description/Agenda: VIRGIN DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE (DRC) Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2:30 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA The Virgin Development Review Committee, known as the DRC (which is similar to the Joint Utility Committee - JUC in other communities), was developed to streamline the review process of various types of land use and development applications being considered or proposed within the Town. This will be a meeting to review plans for the following projects located at: 1. Parcel #: V-2-1-26-4421 (parcel access is Red Hill Lane, off Entrada Dr.) 2. Virgin Town Waterline Extension (Kolob Terrace Waterline Extension) No Public Comment will be accepted
