- Wales Town Council Meetings Wales Town council meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, unless falling on a legal holiday, in which case they will be held on the day next following that is not a legal holiday. Meetings commence at 7:00 PM at the Wales Town Hall. Wales Town Planning & Zoning Meetings Wales Town Planning & Zoning meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise posted on the town bulletin board. Meetings commence at 7:00 PM at the Wales Town Hall.
