2024 NOTICE OF PRESIDENTIAL PPRIMARY ELECTION TUESDAY, MARCH 5, 2024 I, Jonathan T. Whittaker, Iron County Clerk, hereby give notice of the Presidential Primary Election that will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Primary Election Information Ballots will be mailed out to all eligible voters beginning February 13, 2024. Voters must be of legal voting age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the voting precinct in which they are registered. If you have re-registered by the below deadlines, we will mail you a ballot to your new address. Voters can check their registration status and view specific sample ballots online at www.vote.utah.gov, call (435) 477-8340 or email clerk.group@ironcounty.net Important Dates and Deadlines: Feb 13: Ballots mailed to all eligible registered voters Feb 14: Logic and Accuracy test to be held at 68 S 100 E, Parowan UT at 2:00 p.m. Feb 23: Last day to register to vote by mail, in person, or electronic by 5:00 p.m. Feb 27- Mar 1: Early voting; see early voting locations, dates and times below Feb 27: Last day to request an absentee ballot Mar 4: Mailed ballots must be POSTMARKED with postage Mar 5: Election Day; see Election Day locations, date, and time below Mar 5: Unofficial Election results will be posted after 9:00 p.m. Mar 12: Election Audit at 2:00 p.m. in clerks office Mar 19: Canvass of the Primary Election at 10:00 a.m. Early Voting Location, Dates and Times: - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT o Feb 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. o Feb 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. o Feb 29, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. o Mar 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Election Day Voting Centers (Polls Open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.): - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT - Enoch City Offices, 900 E Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT - Cedar City Office, 10 N Main, Cedar City, UT Ballot Drop Boxes Will Be Available During Regular Business Hours at the Following Locations FEBRUARY 13 - MARCH 5, 2024: - Cedar City Offices -10 N Main, Cedar City, UT - Iron County Courthouse - 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT - Enoch City Offices - 900 East Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT - Paragonah Town Hall - 44 N 100 E, Paragonah, UT - Kanarraville Town Hall - 40 S Main, Kanarraville, UT - Parowan City Office - 35 E 100 N, Parowan, UT - Brian Head Town Hall - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT - Dixie Power - 71 E Highway 56, Beryl, UT TRACK THE STATUS AND RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS OF YOUR BY MAIL BALLOT WITH ballottrax.utah.gov/voter/
