DINNER - Dinner will be served to the Commissioners and Staff at 5:00 p.m. in Room 326 of the City and County Building. During the dinner break, the Historic Landmark Commission may receive training on city planning-related topics, including the role and function of the Commission.

PUBLIC COMMENTS - The Commission will hear public comments not pertaining to items listed on the agenda.
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Minor Alteration for a Painted Brick Exterior at Approximately 217-219 W 300 North - Joshua Eaton, the property owner, is requesting Minor Alteration approval to paint the exterior brick of the duplex located at the above-listed address. The property is currently under enforcement for work done without a Certificate of Appropriateness. The contributing structure is located within the Capitol Hill Local Historic District and is in the SR-1A (Special Development Pattern Residential) zoning district. 2. Minor Alteration for Window Replacement at Approximately 182 North N Street - Rodrigo Schmeil and Jason Bresley, the property owners, are requesting Minor Alteration approval for the replacement of 18 windows, 13 of which are located on elevations visible from the right of way. The proposed windows, which replaced historic windows, are located on the North, East, and South fa ades of the house. The property is under enforcement for work done without a Certificate of Appropriateness. The contributing structure is located within the Avenues Local Historic District and is in the SR-1A (Special Development Pattern Residential) zoning district. The next regular meeting of the Commission is scheduled for Thursday, March 7, 2023, unless a special meeting is scheduled prior to that date.

Staff Reports will be posted the Friday prior to the meeting and minutes will be posted two days after they are ratified, which usually occurs at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Historic Landmark Commission.
Anyone who is an 'adversely affected party' as defined by Utah Code Section 10-9a-103, may appeal a decision of the Historic Landmark Commission by filing a written appeal with the appeals hearing officer within ten (10) calendar days following the date on which a record of decision is issued.
The applicant may object to the decision of the Historic Landmark Commission by filing a written appeal with the appeals hearing officer within thirty (30) calendar days following the date on which a record of decision is issued.
