Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, January 18th, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held Dec 13, 2023. 2. Review Financial Statements. Q4 2023 Financial Statements. 4. Potential Candidate Trainee search. 5. Discussion: CID Processing fees model examination. ( Presentation, Mr. Brunhart) 6. Fletcher Incident Information Update. 7.
