4 Discussion
4.1 24/25 Calendar Discussion
PCEA Co-President Mary Morgan is requesting that the Board review options for online learning days versus snow days in an effort to avoid makeup snow days for the 24/25 school year.
4.2 Athletic Program Review
Principal Roger Arbabi, Athletic Director Jamie Sheetz and Principal Caleb Fine will provide the Board with an overview of the entire Athletic Program.
4.3 Facility Update
Mr. Mike Tanner will provide a brief overview of various construction projects throughout the district.
4.4 Legislative and Financial Impact Update
As the new Legislative Session begins, Business Administrator, Randy Upton, will provide the Board with an over of what the session may look like moving forward.

The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes.
