AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 2 CHAPTER 2 AND ADDING NEW SECTION TO THE DISTRICT ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 2 THERETO ENTITLED AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE
Ordinance No. 2024-A amends the 'North Davis Sewer District Ordinances' by amending
Section 2-2-2 to amend the section on Board of Trustee attendance, enacting Section 2-2-6 detailing the powers and duties of the Board of Trustees, amending Section 2-2-11 regarding Board of Trustees compensation, and enacting Section 2-2-14 Board of Trustees Code of Ethical Conduct.
This Ordinance was adopted by the unanimous vote of the Board on January 11, 2024 and shall become effective upon publication of this Summary.
