HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible.
The purpose of the second hearing is to address and set standards for the conversion of existing accessory buildings to External Accessory Dwelling Units (EADUs), allow EADUs on all lots with standards, and add to existing design standards.
Information regarding this matter is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
