PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold public hearings at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a PD (Planned Development) amendment to the Sun River Commons Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is proposing a Del Taco fast food restaurant. This property is located south-east of Pioneer Road on the existing private road, south of the existing office building and west of the 1-15 exit 2 south-bound off ramp. The applicant is Exit 2 Del Holdings, LLC, and the representative is Fred Barth. The project will be known as Del Taco. Case No. 2024-PDA-002.
