- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Wednesday February 7, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a code amendment adopting the change in scale requirements of plat maps for Wellsville City.
