- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following projects: - Subdivision Preliminary Plan Approval: Request by Ross Welch on behalf of Patterson Construction for preliminary plan approval for Phase 4 of the Payson View Estates Subdivision. Phase 4 consists of 22 detached single-family dwelling lots located east of Main Street between 1800 South and 1900 South on Utah County Parcel numbers 30:071:0072, 30:071:0087, 30:071:0085, and 30:085:0026. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
