PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 115 West 1170 North (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Electa Hatch for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Timpanogos Meadow Plat 'D' on 0.755 acres, approximately located 115 W 1170 N in the R1-8 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 131 West 1800 North (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Castlewood Development for a zone change from RR (Rural Residential) Zone to the R1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zone, on approximately 4.5 acres of unplatted land, located at approx. 131 West 1800 North.
