REGULAR MEETING
OF THE VINEYARD PLANNING COMMISSION,
Wednesday January 17, 2024 6:00 p.m.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. You can also view the meeting on our live stream channel.
REGULAR SESSION
CALL TO ORDER
1. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHTS/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2. OPEN SESSION - Time dedicated for public comment. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. No actions may be taken by the Planning Commission due to the need for proper public noticing.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Subdivision Ordinance Amendments
Planner Anthony Fletcher will propose amendments to the following section of the Vineyard City Code: 14.04 Pre-Application meeting, 14.06 Preliminary Subdivision Application, 14.08 Final Subdivision Application, 15.34.060 Accessory Dwelling Units, 15.40.080 Design Standards and Requirements, and 15.06.060 Vineyard Development Review Committee. The Planning Commission will provide a recommendation to the City Council.
4. WORK SESSION
4.1 Technology Element of the General Plan
Community Development Director Morgan Brim will lead a discussion regarding amendments to the Technology Element to the General Plan.
5. COMMISSION MEMBERS' REPORTS AND EX PARTE DISCUSSION DISCLOSURE
6. ADJOURNMENT
The Public is invited to participate in all Planning Commission meetings.
