CODE ENFORCEMENT:
The County Attorney will provide updates on the progress of Court ordered, Code Enforcement violations.
The County Attorney will provide updates on the progress of Violations that potentially will be Summoned.
BUILDING INSPECTIONS:
Updated Building Inspection Sheets will be handed out. The Building Inspector has not been here since the end of October so there are only 2 new updates.
DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION:
Since we did not hold a meeting in December, we will need to discuss the 2024 Planning and Zoning Calendar so it can be voted on in the Regular Meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:
December 5th 2024, Heidi Steele's Planning and Zoning Application was approved by the Commission and she is now an acting member. Welcome Heidi Steele!!
