Elwood Town Council Meeting Nov 16, 2023 The Elwood Town Council met at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, Elwood, Utah, at 5:00, Nov 16, 2023. The following members were present consisting of a quorum. Keenan Nelson Mayor- via Phone Scott Goodliffe Councilmember Mark Lay Councilmember-via phone Staff present at this meeting Gina Marble Town Clerk Steve Woerner Public Works Others present at this meeting WELCOME ADMINISTRATION Item#1 Bid for the road in the Robert Shaw subdivision secondary water project- Councilmember Goodliffe stated that Grover was the lowest bid for the road project in the Robert Shaw subdivision. His bid is $358,380.60 Councilmember Goodliffe made a motion to accept Grover Bid for the road project. Councilmember Lay seconded the motion. The voting was unanimous in favor of the motion. Councilmember Goodliffe made a motion to adjourn, Councilmember Lay seconded the motion and the remaining council agreed. The meeting was adjourned at 5:05p.m. The undersigned duly acting and appointed clerk for Elwood Town Corporation hereby certifies that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the Town Council meeting minutes held on the 16th day of Nov 2023.
