KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from DW Management, who is requesting a zone change for 367 South Angel Street from A-5 Heavy Agricultural District to R-1-14 Single Family Residential District. The subject property is 7.74 acres (337,154 ft²). The current A-5 allows for heavy agriculture and a single family dwelling and a rezone to R-1-14 would allow for no more than 24 single family dwelling units with 14,000 ft² minimum size lots. Please note the R-1-20 rezone application from the November 9, 2023 Planning Commission meeting was withdrawn by the applicant prior to the City Council taking action on the application.
