Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, the 11th of January 2024 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Local Building Authority - Agenda: None Regular Town Council Agenda: 2. Discussion Items: a. Auditor Report - Greg Ogden, CPA b. New Council Member Oaths of Office - Honorable Judge Barbara Finlinson c. Levan Town Appreciation for Barbara Anderson, Planning Commissioner d. Shay Morrison - Six County Community Advisor a. Regional Growth Summit b. Available Trainings c. CIB List d. Hazard Mitigation Plan e. Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant f. Penalty Code Update e. Business Licenses for Mobile Home Parks 3. Action Items: a. Meeting Schedule for 2024 b. Approve Nathan Washer as a New Planning Commissioner 4. Mayor/Councilmember/Department/Committee Reports a. Mayor/Council Member Reports: b. Office Issued Permits Report: c. Planning Commission Report: d. Committee Reports: e. Other Reports: 5. Council Business: Approval of Minutes for December 5th, 2023, Regular Meeting Approval of Claims (12-1-2023 to 12-31-2023) Approval of Payroll Comparison Report (11-1-2023 to 12-31-2023) Approval of Final Cash Receipts Report (11-1-2023 to 11-30-2023) Review Tentative Cash Receipts Report (12-1-2023 to 12-31-2023) Review Budget Report (7-1-2023 to 12-31-2023) 6. Public Comments: Each speaker may be provided up to two minutes to speak. In addition to topics on the agenda, the council may allow public comment on other topics. 7. Convene into Executive Session - a. Discussion of the character and competence of an individual, collective bargaining, litigation, real property, water shares, security systems, investigative proceedings, deliberations, procurement process. 8.
