- PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 7:10 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - Regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Section 10-2-1, clarify the definition of personal services to allow for body piercing in Salons or Tattoo Parlors. - Public hearing to receive comments regarding amending the Fillmore City Fee and Rate Schedule, Article V, Zoning and Sign Fees, to increase land use fees and sign fees and create new fees for development review.
