- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on January 9, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-03: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-13-704 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING ACCESS FOR LOTS OR PARCELS IN COMMERCIAL COMPLEXES.'
