Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2023-12 adopting Title 10, Chapter 52 and amending Title 1, Chapter 4 with regards to affordable housing. 2. ZC23-26 a zone change amendment on parcel H-3-1-33-1142 from R1-10 to planned commercial. 3. ZC23-28 a zone change amendment to amend the existing Canyons RV Planned Development Overlay. 4. 2024-01 amending Title 10, Chapter 39 regarding subdivisions. 5. 2024-02 amending Title 10, Chapter 32 regarding water use efficiency standards. A copy of the approved ordinances is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy.
