Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 1, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. the Koosharem Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Room located at 45 North Main Street, Koosharem, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on proposed amendments to the following ordinances: - Updated Koosharem Town Street Master Plan map to include annexed area - Ordinance No. 2024-01 Amendment to the ordinance creating a planning commission for the town of Koosharem. - Ordinance No. 2024-02 Amendment to the ordinance setting minimum land space for a family dwelling and land use for the town of Koosharem - Ordinance No. 2024-03 Amendment to the ordinance for application of a building permit CERTIFICATE OF POSTING THE UNDERSIGNED DULY APPOINTED CLERK, DOES HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE NOTICE WAS POSTED ON THE PUBLIC NOTICE WEBSITE, AT THE KOOSHAREM TOWN OFFICE AND GRASS VALLEY MERC ON THE 9th DAY OF JANUARY 2024.
