AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2024 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, January 11, 2024, in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPOINT A CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THIS BOARD FOR THE 2024 CALENDAR YEAR. 2) ACTION TO APPOINT A SECRETARY OF THIS BOARD FOR THE 2024 CALENDAR YEAR. 3) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 12, 2023, MEETING. 4) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) American Fork City for Debris Basin Outlet Construction - $75,480.39 b) Highland City for Kilgore material purchase associated with Debris Basin Outlet Construction - $8,623.50 c) Gretchen Homer and/or Highland City - Lunch invoice 5) ACTION TO APPROVE DRONE SURVEY OF BASIN, INCLUDING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 6) DEBRIS BASIN OUTLET CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE 7) ANNUAL INVOICES (FY2024) TO MEMBER CITIES 8) PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE UPCOMING FISCALYEAR. 9) SURVEY WITH DRONE OTHER ITEMS: ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Gretchen Homer, certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the principal office of the public body, at the Lone Peak Fire Station and Lone Peak Police Station, on the Utah State website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandcity.org).
