Description/Agenda
A petition for a Conditional Use Permit for the relocation of a billboard located at 155 West 3300 South. The applicant is Reagan Outdoor Advertising. *The date for the public hearing on this matter has changed. It will now be on February 15, 2024.* An application for a Preliminary Plat Subdivision Plat to consolidate three (2) parcels into one lot, located at 3535 South State Street. The applicant is Katmark Partners, LLC. An application for a one-lot Preliminary Subdivision Plat, in order to construct and operate an Indoor Climate Controlled Storage Facility, located at 2385 South 300 West. An application for Final Subdivision Plat approval to consolidate six (6) existing parcels and subdivide into three (3) new lots located at 2252 South 300 West. A petition to the Planning Commission for a recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council, for an ordinance including general considerations and standards for Internal and External Accessory Dwelling Units.
