- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Site Plan: Request by Michael McBride for approval of a Site Plan for a restaurant and reception center at the Glen Eagle Golf course. The site contains approximately 2.98 acres in the General Commercial (GC) zone. Site Plan: Application from Logan Hammer for an addition to the Syracuse Arts Academy located at approximately 357 S 1550 W. The project comprises approximately 0.017 acre in the R-3 zone. Conditional Use Permit: Request by Monica Gailey for a child daycare where the number of children is greater than eight, located at approximately 2091 S 1300 W in the R-2 zone.
