- Report-from Building Inspector.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Jeremy Barker - Is presenting a concept proposal for The Pinnacles. This development shall be located at what was formally known as the Vacation Inn. No approvals shall be granted at this time, it is just a discussion on the condominium project.
- Jana Franz - Is requesting a building permit for multiple sheds to be constructed for the purpose of various store fronts and workshops to be located on lot 18 of the East Ridge Subdivision.
- Robyn Cash - Is requesting approval and a business license for a short-term rental located at 345 N. & 1st E.
