Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, January 9th, 2023, in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or zoom. The agenda will be as follows: The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s) 3. Public Comment 4. Changes with Transfer Station- K & K Sanitation-David, Brett, Sam 5. Aycock & Miles-Presentation of Fiscal year end 2023 audit 6. Discussion and Action on 2023-2024 Subdivision Ordinance Update 7. Discussion on policy change for employee spending-Michael Fenn 8. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Carrie Boren- Administration Alan Allred - Maintenance Sam Davis - Fire Department 9. Discussion and Action on Property Proposals 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares. 11. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205(1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 12. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-204 (d)(i)(ii) Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the city. 13.
