A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. Appeal of a Zoning Violation at approximately 1443 E Kensington Ave - Ryan Robison, representing the property owner Carolyn Turkanis, is appealing a Notice and Order issued by Civil Enforcement for the above-listed property. The Notice and Order alleges that the property is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance for holding special events in a residential district. The subject property is zoned R-1/5000 (Single Family Residential), and is located within Council District 6, represented by Dan Dugan. A public hearing will NOT be held for the following item:
2. Appeal of Historic Landmark Commission Decision at approximately 1345 E Normandie Circle - Michael Young, property owner, is appealing the Historic Landmark Commission's decision to deny a request to approve the replacement of the front porch steps and walkway at the property located at the above-stated address. The work has already been completed without approval and an enforcement case is on hold pending the outcome of this appeal. The subject property is zoned R-1/5000 (Single-Family Residential) and is in the Yalecrest-Normandie Circle Local Historic District.
