Public Hearings Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of ZT-23-013, Updates to the Light Manufacturing 'M' zone. 2) Consideration of ZT-23-020, Updates to the Mixed Development 3 'MD-3' zone. 3) Consideration of ZT-23-021, Updates to the Mixed Development 'MD' zone. 4) Consideration of ZM-23-008 / SDA 23-006, request for a rezone at 1190 Bonner Way from a A-1 zone designation to an R-1-5 zone designation to allow for uniform zoning by applicant Scott Adams. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/agendacenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
