Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council Transportation Systems Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, January 8, 2024, beginning at approximately 1:30 p.m. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Ave. in Millcreek, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Transportation Systems Committee scheduled for Monday, January 8, 2024; beginning at 1:30 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

1:30 P.M. Opening
1. Co-Chair Amber Broadaway will open the public meeting as Co-Chair of the Transportation Systems Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
2. Review and approval of the minutes from the November 6, 2023 meeting.
3. Review and approval of the minutes from the December 11, 2023 meeting.
1:35 P.M. Special Service District Recap
1. The Committee will recap the last meeting's presentation and discussion on a Special Transit District.
1:45 P.M. Millcreek Shuttle Update
1. The Committee will hear updates on the Millcreek Shuttle and discuss.
2:00 P.M. BCC MAP Update
1. The Committee will hear update on BCC MAP and discuss.
2:30 P.M. Committee Mission, Vision, and Goals Discussion
1. Committee members will discuss transportation changes they would like to see within 1-3 years.
2. The Committee will further refine its mission, vision, and goals.
2:50 P.M. Determination of the Chair
1. The Committee will determine the new Committee Chair, to be approved at the next Stakeholders Council meeting.
3:00 P.M. Closing
1. Co-Chair Broadaway will call for a motion to adjourn the Transportation Systems Committee meeting.
