- Notice is hereby given that the Farr West Planning Commission will hold 4 public hearings at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Farr West City Hall, 1896 N 1800 W, Farr West The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider and act on the intent of the legislative body to the updates to the subdivision ordinance as mandated by SB 174 The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider and act on the request of a conditional use permit for Spencer Knight located at 1741 North 2000 West for warehousing with 25% office space, or detailing services or fitness services, as allowed by the C-2 zone The purpose of the third public hearing is to consider and act on the request of a conditional use permit for a 4,000 square foot accessory building for Adam Lambert located at 1495 North 1500 West The purpose of the fourth public hearing is to consider and act upon the intent of the legislative body to amend the signs allowed in residential zones to include plant and animal products signs All interested residents are invited to attend.
