- Multifamily Housing Code Text Amendment The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 18th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding amendments to Section 18.58, Multifamily Housing. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Rd. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.org prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. Francis Commons Phase 2 and 3 Plat Amendments The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 18th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding amendments to the Francis Commons Subdivision Phase 2 and 3 plats. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Rd. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.org prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. General Plan Comprehensive Amendments The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 18th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding comprehensive amendments to the General Plan. It is expected that the Planning Commission will make a recommendation at this meeting. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Rd. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.org prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
