2. New committee member introduction, J. Clair Baldwin - Brandon Dew, Committee Chair
3. Review & adopt October 3, 2023 meeting minutes
4. Public comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of three minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable.
5. Review of 2023-24 labor market, economic, and related salary budget forecast reports and information - David Salazar
6. Presentation & review of results of 2023-24 Elected Officials, Department Directors & Other Key City Leaders Salary Survey-David Salazar, Compensation Manager, and Michael Jenson, Senior Compensation Analyst
7. Presentation on results of 2024 local area benchmark market pay analysis - Michael Jenson, Senior Compensation Analyst
8. Committee discussion of potential topics and/or recommendations to be included in the Committee's 2024 annual report, including but not limited to:
a. Local area benchmark market data & analysis
b. 2023-24 salary budget forecast(s)
c. Significant economic, employment and/or labor statistical information
d. Any other data, report, or information deemed relevant by the Committee
