3. Consider minor changes to the 700-east project.
4. Approve CVTD Representative
5. Consider a rezone application submitted by Hyde Park Gateway to change the zoning from Commercial to Mixed-Use (mix of commercial/retail and residential). Located at approximately 3800 N Hwy 91. Parcel ID: 04-031-0002. Approximately 16.09 acres. (Public hearing held on 11.15.23).
6. Consider a rezone application submitted by Matthew Harris to rezone the following Parcels. (Public hearing held on January 3, 2024).

7. Consider Ordinance 2024 - 01 - An Ordinance amending section 13 Subdivision Ordinance.
8. Consider Ordinance 2024-02 - An Ordinance amending section 12.40.010 Development Review Committee membership.
9. Review moderate income housing biannual report.
10. Discuss eliminating the Hyde Park Justice Court.
11. Consider Resolution 2024-01 - A resolution requesting the recertification of the Hyde Park City Justice Court.
Executive Session to discuss Personnel Issues and Property Acquisition and potential pending litigation.
