- Zoning Text Amendment - Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Subdivision Ordinances NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearing(s) before the Vineyard Planning Commission on January 17, 2024 and the City Council on January 24, 2024 at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. The City-initiated text amendments will make changes to Sections 14.04 Pre-Application Meeting, 14.06 Preliminary Subdivision Application, and 14.08 Final Subdivision Application of the Subdivision Code. The proposed amendment includes changes to process which preliminary plats and final plats are reviewed and approved in order to comply with Utah State Code. The text amendment also proposes miscellaneous changes, to comply with Utah State Code, to the following section of the Vineyard Zoning Code: Section 15.34.060 Accessory Dwelling Units, Section 15.40.080 Design Standards and Requirements, and Section 15.06.060 Vineyard Development Review Committee. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Rachel Stevens at rachels@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting.
