TOWN OF STOCKTON 18 North Johnson Street PO Box 240 Stockton, Utah 84071 Phone: (435)882-3877 Fax: (435)833-9031 Notice is given that the Stockton Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting promptly at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk a t (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed. PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Tuesday December 5th, 2023 Call to order- 7:00pm Antoinette 1. Pledge of allegiance- Claudia 2. Roll Call Antoinette Romano (Chair)-present Claudia Baker (Member)- present Mitchel Solomon (Member)-present Gary Hunter (Member)- present Mary Ellen Langlitz (member)-excused Jacob Day (alternate) -present 3. approval of November minutes: Gary move to approve November Minutes 2nd Claudia all approved 4. Open Public Comments: Gary- Open house to new Fire Dept ground breaking went great 5. Close public comments 6. Omar Dominguez on the agenda was not present 7. Brieann Gorringe 111 S Grant Avenue. Wishes to purchase property, is here to make sure that in the future they will have water hookup and sewer are guaranteed when they decide to build. It occupies 2 and 1/2 lots and is grandfathered. Wanting to put a modular home with a foundation in the future. There are set backs. Code has all the set backs that are needed title 10 chapter 7. Guaranteed utilites on property. Gary Move that we forward recommendation and approval the current utilities will be honored on property 111 S Grant St. Claudia second. All in favor.
