Description/Agenda: Delta City Annual Audit Notice: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the annual audit for Delta City has been completed. A copy of the FY 6/30/23 Financial Statements can be viewed online at the Utah State Auditor website (auditor.utah.gov) and at the Delta City Office, 76 N 200 W, Delta, Utah, 84624
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Requests for meeting assistance can be made by e-mailing the Delta City Recorder, swestbrook@delta.utah.gov or calling 435-864-2759 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: The City Council may conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended.
