NOTICE OF A VINEYARD YOUTH COUNCIL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING January 4, 2024 at 6:30 PM PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Youth Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER VYC Mayor Scott will call the meeting to order. 2. BUSINESS ITEMS 2.1 DISCUSS BYLAWS 2.2 DISCUSS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES 3. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 3.1 Local Officials Day (January 17th) 3.2 USU Leadership Conference (March 14-16) 3.3 Volunteers for Gold Rush March 16th - 5K & kids 1K 4. TRAINING 4.1 New Agenda Meeting Management System City Recorder Pamela Spencer will train the executive board on the new AMM System. 5.
