The North Logan City Council hereby announces public hearings to be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. A public hearing will be held for the following agenda items, all of which are associated with the City's efforts to become compliant with the recent state mandates contained within SB 174:
1. 6:40 PM Public Hearing regarding a Resolution for the designation of, and appointments to, a Development Review Committee (DRC), along with the designation of a Zoning Administrator.
2. 6:45 PM Public Hearing regarding a Resolution to amend the City's Master Fees Schedule regarding development review and development inspection fees.
3. 6:50 PM Public Hearing regarding a Resolution to amend the City's Design Standards Technical Manual (DSTM).
