- Cemetery Committee Regular Monthly Meeting January 3, 2023 at 7:00 pm Town Hall, 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort Regular Meeting Agenda 1. Call to Order; Roll Call; Pledge of Allegiance; Prayer/Thought 2. Approve prior Meeting Minutes 3. Vote to keep or change the current monthly meeting schedule (1 st Wednesday of every month) 4. Discuss goals and concerns for 2024 - Spring service project, possible date May 18 (one week before Memorial day weekend) and town fundraiser for summer maintenance. Mailers for March, April, and May. Make a list of all of the things that we need for our $$ goal that we would like to hit - Cemetery town PayPal donation account on town website - Mailers for new rates and one sheet (should we send these to everyone?) - wood barriers, removal and plan/budget for asphalt - Signs - Information station - Other goals or concerns 5. Public comments 6. Adjourn
