Planning and Zoning Pending Minutes for December 6, 2023 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Tyler Rowley, Nancy Livingston, Randy Jensen, Lowell Gardner. Tracy Randall was excused. Council Member Kristen Vose was present. The Meeting was called to order by Tyler Rowley at 7:02 pm and then led the pledge. Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes for November 1 was made by Lowell Gardner. Seconded by Randy Jensen. All were in favor. Motion passed. Public Comments: None Started with Item #3: Kelsey Marsing would like to apply for a business license for doing nails in Chelsea Salas' rented room at the old town hall. Kelsey Marsing stated that she does not use acrylic or bad chemicals so no ventilation is needed. A motion was made by Randy Jensen to approve the business license. A second was made by Tyler Rowley. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #1: Duke Curtis would like to apply for a business license for his new business of Outfitters, to do with hunting supplies. Lowell Gardner made a motion to table this item until Jan 3, 2024 meeting since Mr. Curtis was unable to attend. Second by Randy Jensen. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #2: Zac Jensen would like to apply for a business license for a business to sell outfitting supplies. Lowell Gardner made a motion to table this item until Jan 3, 2024 meeting since he was unable to attend. Second by Randy Jensen. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #4: Adjourn Meeting: Meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
