CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA January 3, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Minutes: Approve December 6, 2023 This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Duke Curtis would like to apply for a business license for his business Outfitters, selling hunting supplies. 2. Zac Jensen would like to apply for a business license to sell outfitting supplies. 3. Approve Zoning for building permit to install new heating/cooling system for Old Town Hall Community Center, located at 35 S 100 W. 4. Open and Public Meetings Act renewal certification needs to be done this month. 5. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Feb. 7, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
