4. Discussion/Possible Action: Review of Conditional Use Permit: Prime Landscaping: 45 E. Boulderville Road. Prime Landscaping was issued a conditional use permit in October 2021. Since that time, the scope of work of the business has changed and a compliant has been received in regards to the current conditions of the permit.

3. Rules for public comments may be adjusted by the Chair for Public Hearings, including any other items that are posted on the agenda.
4. Time allowed for each public commenter will be established by the Planning Commission Chairperson prior to starting any Public Comment portion(s) of the meeting.
