Description/Agenda: The City of Wendover announces a vacancy in the position of City Council person for two (2) years. Any registered voter who has resided within the City of Wendover for 12 consecutive months prior to January 01, 2024 and in accordance with Utah Constitution Article IV, Section 6, is not a mentally incompetent person, a person convicted of a felony, or a person convicted of treason or a crime against elective franchise in the City of Wendover is invited to submit his or her name for consideration by the City Council. The DEADLINE for submission of names is Monday, January 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m interested person should submit their complete name and submit the required Declaration of Candidacy to Liliana Soriano at 920 East Wendover Blvd. Posted at Wendover Post Office, Wendover, Utah; Wendover Utah City Offices; Wendover, Utah; The Wendover Times; Utah Public Notice Website.
