HIGHLAND CITY, UT ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2024 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the 2024 Annual Meeting Schedule for Highland City Council, Boards, and Commissions be as follows: CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting Date January 16 February 6, 20 March 5, 19 April 16 May 7, 21 June 4, 18 July 2, 16 August 6, 20 September 3, 17 October 1, 15 November 12 December 3 Regular meetings of the City Council are held in the Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m. generally on the first and third Tuesdays of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. PLANNING COMMISSION Regular Meeting Date January 23 February 27 March 26 April 23 May 28 June 25 July 23 August 27 September 24 October 22 November 19 December 10 Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are held in the Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m. generally on the fourth Tuesday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. LIBRARY BOARD Regular Meeting Date January 25 February 22 March 28 April 25 May 23 June 27 July 25 August 22 September 26 October 24 November 21 December No Mtg Regular meetings of the Library Board are held at Highland City Hall, Main Conference Room, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m., generally on the fourth Thursday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. ARTS COUNCIL Regular Meeting Date January No Mtg February 7 March 6 April 3 May 1 June 5 July 3 August No Mtg September 4 October 2 November 6 December No Mtg Regular meetings of the Arts Council are held in the Highland City Community Center, 5378 W 10400 N, Room B4, Highland, UT commencing at 6:00 p.m., generally on the first Wednesday of each month (or as noted above). Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. HISTORICAL SOCIETY Regular Meeting Date January 18 April 18 July 18 October 17 Regular meetings of the Historical Society are held in the Highland City Community Center, 5378 W 10400 N, Highland, UT commencing at 7:00 p.m. as noted above. Meetings may be cancelled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. PARKS, TRAILS, AND TREE COMMISSION will meet as needed throughout the year. Agendas will be posted as required by State Code. DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION BOARD will meet as needed throughout the year. Agendas will be posted as required by State Code.
