- Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda January 8, 2024 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: John Ashby; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Mark Mumford; Dorian Page; John Webster; Assistant City Attorney Josephy Farnsworth; Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation/ Daycare Business on property located at 2157 N Wagon Trail Drive/ Little Leapers/ Dacie Derbidge. 5. Request for Home Occupation/ Daycare Business on property located at 2587 North 550 West/ ABCD Preschool/ Brant Parker. 6. Request for Variance of the landscaping requirement in the right-of-way for property located at 1478 S Old Highway 91/ Red Fort Indian Cuisine/ Platt and Platt. 7. Request for Variance of the improvements for property located at 1700 North Main Street/ Cedar Breaks RV/ Britt Denham.
